FTR Energy Services uses its name under a license agreement with Frontier Communications. FTR Energy Services is licensed in Indiana, Ohio (#12-523E(1) for electricity service and #11-226G(1) for natural gas service) and New York (ESCO Code FTRE). FTR may offer two rate plans: variable rates, which are subject to change and generally are based on market conditions and company operating factors, and fixed rates, which are fixed for an agreed upon number of billing cycles. Rates may be higher or lower than the utility’s standard offer service in any given month. Current rates should not be construed as a guarantee of future rates or savings. You will earn a 5% cash back reward calculated on the supply portion of your energy bill. The 5% cash back reward will be paid in the form of a debit card every six (6) months. You will receive your cash back reward once you have been an active customer with FTR Energy Services for a minimum of six months and have accrued a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards. To be eligible to receive the cash back reward you must be actively enrolled and in good standing at the time the cash back payment is made. Visa^® prepaid gift cards will be awarded 4-6 weeks after utility acceptance. Gift cards are distributed by Mpell Solutions and are subject to Visa^® terms and conditions.
